Here are some answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.
A: Our physical store and phone hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Pacific Time)
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm Pacific Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a US holiday will ship the following business day. Economy shipping may take from 7 to 10 business days depending on your zip code.
A: You have 30 days to return any unused and in original packaging item. Exceptions are special ordered items and items listed final sale, which returns are not allowed.
A: All products have warranty from their respective manufacturer. If such is the case where a product fails, we must abide by the manufacturers warranty procedure.
A: Yes, we can ship to most countries and you'll have the option checking rates at check out. Keep in mind all international orders are subject to customs fees and duties determined by your country upon receipt, we have no method of calculating that cost as it can vary from country to country.
A: Sometimes there's shipping delays so make sure to check your tracking to see if there's any delays. If you believe your order to be lost or delivered wrong please send us a message with the details and allow 24 hours for us to get back to you.
